Thread: Lips for B14

I bought a 626 lip for my b14 and it doesnt seem to fit right. Help pls

if i understand correctly the 626 lip has to be cut down the middle or trimmed

What year front bumper do you have?

here is the problem i am having. It has a split in the middle already, but when lining it up to the edges is has about a 3-4 inch gap in the center.

i have a 96 200sx se-r,as far as the front bumper goes i believe its a normal bumber

for some reason, cant post the pic of from my friends laptop. grrrr

If you cut the middle out and then trim two equal sections out around that middle joint you can get the install better imo.

My friend did that and epoxy'ed it together with some clamps and plastic bits on the back. Then he installed it perfect and sanded it flush and pulled it off a second time and painted it with truck bed liner. Finally sanded down a few high spots and reinstalled. It looks awesome on his NX.

IIRC the 626 doesn't fit the b14 front end. I could be wrong.
