Like Vadim said, probably not worth the time effort and money to start swapping out too many things. If you are just going for a modest turbo setup, the stock RR low-port head with upgraded springs and retainers should be fine. Just keep in mind though that you will have to change the ECU anyway to compensate for the higher redline of the S3R cams. If you went with say a P10/P11 G20 ECU which redlines at 7500(depending on year), if i remember right, you could then tune your fuel maps with an SAFC or something better?? Unfortunately for the ECU change you either need to make a B15-->B14 step-down harness or change to a B14/P10/P11 engine harness. Us B15/P11 guys are a step behind the B13/14 guys. Too bad nobody cracked the B15 ECU for us.
Vadim knows a lot about this type of swapping and a ton about turbo so he could probably better direct you turbo-wise and as far as ECU and tuning options for turbo. I am a turbo virgin!
