The CV joint clicking can be reduced tremendously the way I did this...
I've still got that spindle, I didn't notice that damage if any, but seriously, you think that had influence? The bearing was replaced before I noticed though.
I'm not getting that a bearing with it's 'dual ring of little balls' is able to wear on the spindle with no traces at all.
In other words, the old spindle does show wear the other 2nd hand spindle didn't have, the central nut seemed to be on the loose side, however, how does that wear the spindle?
The bearings are SKF, not sure this brand is known overseas but it is what you usually get overhere when you not go to the dealer.
