Also, the reason nobody knows on our forum, is that most knowledgable people have left.

usually the hub is worn u dont see the wear cuz it can be about .001" to .005" off and will keep the bearing race from pressing onto the hub.. if i had my old hub i wouldve post it to show u what i mean.. what happens is when u know u have a bad bearing u can hear it in your car while driving and u keep on driving it like that its wearing off your hub cuz your bearings are worn and it cocked to one side wearing one end of the hub..

what I mean by race is the shaft that the outer part of the bearing fits onto, the shaft of the spindle/hub. there's two components to the bearing where it sits on the shaft, the one half is usually what gets worn down when a bearing goes bad, this is the end furthest away from the lug bolts. if it is at all scored or you see patterning or feel/see ridges on that part of the shaft, or really any part of the shaft of the hub you cannot re-use that hub, it's worthless and pointless and you will trash your new bearings

is that clear

Yeh, if the hub (part with lug nuts on it) is not holding into the race (The part of the bearing that is still stuck to the hub) in the bearing thats towards the center, then I'd say the hub is worn out. Its normal for the races to come out with some force, when you tighten down the axle in the front it tightens down the bearings too.
Also, it looks like the hub isn't pressing all the way into the bearing race, it looks slightly chipped up, see picture below. I'd try a new hub.

I've applied correct momentum to the central locking nut, I still not see why it could wear out the spindle, but it must be truly happening.

p.s. I found out the momentum was way low on the central locking nut and I drove 2 years like that before discovering this. This gave the bird noise.

p.s.2 The CV joint still clicks, but really incidental.

It still won't compute overhere.

ps What is that arrow?

What isn't computing over there? The arrow is where the hub is slightly chipped up. What brand of bearing are you using? The CV joint clicking has nothing to do with the spindle, hub, or bearing.

The CV joint clicking can be reduced tremendously the way I did this...

I've still got that spindle, I didn't notice that damage if any, but seriously, you think that had influence? The bearing was replaced before I noticed though.

I'm not getting that a bearing with it's 'dual ring of little balls' is able to wear on the spindle with no traces at all.

In other words, the old spindle does show wear the other 2nd hand spindle didn't have, the central nut seemed to be on the loose side, however, how does that wear the spindle?

The bearings are SKF, not sure this brand is known overseas but it is what you usually get overhere when you not go to the dealer.

I would just go with OEM from Nissan bearing, plus, yes, you are missing the seals!!!
