I'd warranty the bearing and find a new spindle. Your hub should be fine.

to many factors ..

other person pressed them in

and condition of hub before you presssed them in... hub might be worn

Literally, the only thing holding that bearing together is a plastic snap. When you press the bearing together, the plastic holds the pieces together. There is a snap ring/retainer ring that is suppose to prevent that from happening, on the outside of the knuckle.

Press the whole bearing into the knuckle. Put in snap ring. Then press the spindle in. Something tells me this process isn't being taken? I should have done a write-up when I did mine since I get asked this question a lot when friends are tackling it.

As I was told the bearing won't let itself press over the spindle. I assume it should. all I know for sure the other one doesn't fall apart.

is it just me or the inner part of the wheel bearing is still stuck to your spindle! You have to knock that race off. Also if your new bearing just slides in then you need a new spindle because your spindle is worn where the bearing rides on. It should need force to push in.....if not the same crap is going to happen everytime

Looks like it wasn't properly supported when pressed and FAIL.

For that to happen is a worn Hub trust me i replaced both my bearings and all hubs fell off like that. And one did the same thing when I didn't replace the hub on one side.

Worn hub?

Really?

How come a local garage, a nearing supplier, me, a Dutch forum, this forum, totally miss this?

How you know and where are you?

Second pic, on the bottom... is the near side of the race worn at all? If it is, you'll never be able to use that spindle again, and it would most definitely be the cause of all your issues in terms of refurbishment

near side of the race?

those 5 words totally don't compute overhere, what does race anyway? a race? I don't get that.
