B13 tranny plug to harness help asap
Hey y'all, I'm hoping to get an answer by tomorrow mid-day. I'm doing my clutch, I pulled the tranny last weekend. It was a success all except one mishap, i missed a censor plug and the wires ripped out. There are 2 plugs that I see, the one in question is at the rear of the tranny where the axles go in. The plug mounted on the tranny has 2 green wires, the plug from the harness where the wires ripped out are RED and green. I don't know which goes where. Please help, I am finishing the job tomorrow.

PS, what is this censor?

Well, the sensor harness itself has yellow wires from the sensor to the plug. Both of mine are that way, and all of the others I've seen as well. It doesn't matter what color wire goes where. Both of the switches just make, or break a connection. IIRC the red and green go to the reverse lamp, and neutral position switch is yellow and black.

Look on the bottom near the right. That's your reverse switch. (32005)

Look on the top near the right. That's your neutral switch. (32006M)

The other plug mounted to the tranny has 2 black wires coming out of it. With it being night now and dark, I don't know what the associated plug wires color are that are hanging from the harness under the hood. But the one that was damaged was definitely red/green into green/green. So what you're saying is it doesn't matter which green hole the red goes into? The broken wire plug also has some kinda silver spherical cylinder censor mounted right next to it.

It doesnt matter which wires you put it to. All they are is a switch. If its the one on the end of the trans towards the back of the case at the drivers side that is your reverse switch. It normally has a grey two wire connector. If this is what your talking about then yes reverse light switch and it doesnt matter what colors you put to what. All the switch does is complete current when in reverse.

Same goes if its the neutral safety switch that is located towards firewall on bell housing side and runs up around the diff and on top of the trans. Has a black plug two wires. Same thing. All it does is complete a current when your in neutral. So it doesnt matter how you hook it up.

I do not think this is a neutral or reverse switch. I think it's the speed censor. I will try and post a picture.

yep speed sensor. in all reality I dont think it matters either but on that one I would make sure to get it back in the right position.

There are fsm's located in the general section. Go into the electrical one for the 94 sentra and it will be the same. Should give you the colors that go to it and where.
