Prepping block for machining
I am going to be sending my block to the machine shop in a couple of weeks. It's stripped down to the bare block except for the freeze plugs, head dowels, trans dowels, and that pipe that goes to the oil seperator. Do i need to remove those items before sending it out or will it be just fine like it is? If they need to come out, does anyone have any tips? I'm taking it to be bored 20 over, hot tanked, and the crank to be turned.
