Check out the the posts regarding tiger japanese both here and on the old forum. Every year that goes by the percentage of bad engines they sell goes up. Odds of getting a good engine from them by now are pretty small. I just talked to a local guy who got a bad DET from them and got stuck with it.
Contact Andreas Miko, he checks out the engines before he ships. I got my W11 from him. The mechanic was surprised at how clean it was under the valve cover and that the turbo had zero shaft play.
