Thread: fatter tires on b13?

i have a b13 with b14 wheels wrapped on 205-50-15's and lowered. and im thinking of putting on 195/65/15 because i just drive the car for work and its a 100 mile round trip. with those 205/50/15 the ride is a little rough i can feel everything on the road.. so i swapped in my b13 wheels with 185/65/14 and the ride was sooo smooth and loved it, but the car sits too low on those 14's and are not very pretty.

so does anybody have these size tires on their car and can provide some pics just to get an idea how they gonna fit/look.

If im not mistaken I thinks I have 195 50 15 im lowered doesnt rub and rides well.

I'm almost positive that a 195/65/15 will rub on the back shock because my 185/70/14's rub on the back so much that I can't even move the car

The only time I had the rear tires rub were 205 50 17s. But i think it might rub

the 195/65/15 will rub for sure, I looked it up just to be sure and its a taller tire by like .4inches. My rear was very close to rubbing with 205/50/15's so I wouldn't go any higher than that

I'm pretty sure 205/55/15 is the tallest you can go.

the issue isnt your size, its your tires. 205/50/15 is one of THE most popular motor sports sizes so alot of tires in that size have an incredibly stiff side wall. get a tire in the same size with a lower speed rating.

are these 195 50s any good -- they look like they would be? Not much different then the stock 185 60s

im just gonna go back with 205/50/15- or gonna try 195/50/15..
