Yeah I know he wants an arm and a leg for that crap, but I remember speaking to GregV a while back and we were talking about NX dashes. He told me they dont make them anymore, and he sold the last one in North America a long time ago. So, our only option is used.

I do not know about that, I just recently ordered some interior pieces and got them. I would imagine that they make some of the stuff still and it is out there whether it comes from japan or is on back-order. Lucky for me if I ever did need a dash or something rare. Sentra b13 parts interchange and there is a lot of them around in junk yards.

There are places that can repair or even modify them for much less than $300 bucks. Don't be afraid to think outside the box!

Yeah, but I trust Greg though. If he says there ain't no more I believe him. I know about the B13 interchange. I have never seen a sentra with a black dash though, only blue and grey. My interior is all black. I lucked up and found a NX at my local pull a part. Got mine for only $38.00 mint I also know about getting them repaired, but getting stuff like that done can be real expensive where I'm at. I called around to get my front seats done and was quoted $6-700.00+ for the cheapest simple one tone black

that is insane. I had my door panel that had a cut in it repaired and it was like 40 or 60 bucks if that. Auto dealers all have mobile unit guys they use for chip, dent and upholstery repair. I saw 2 clean b13 dashes from a 92 Sentra at my local junkyard and they were black so I know b13 sentras used brown, black, gray and blue. I have seen lots of parts of the B13s and think they were not consistent sometimes when they made them. I see some NXs and Sentras with the rubber boots and some with the leather. Think mainly they used what parts they had at that time on hand when they put them together. Also from the way the NX chasises are numbered they went down the production line, picking random B13 chassis and numbering them for NX, SE-R etc etc. They would have made a lot more Sentras at that time than NXs.

no, all se-r's came with leather shift boots. if they have the rubber ones its because the leather went to hell and they junk yarded a rubber boot.

se-r's ONLY CAME WITH BLACK dashboards. they were not offered in any other color.

for dash repair, look into flocking.

that is neat but I did not say SE-Rs when referring to the shift boots. I have never and will never own an SE-R but I have owned 3 NXs. I have seen 1600s and 2000s both come with the rubber boots and blue interiors. I have also seen brown, black and blue standard Sentra XE, SE trims. Granted most all the NX2000s I saw mostly had the leather boots but some and not all came with the rubber boots. Do not know how much this would have saved the customer? They switched the interiors on the 93 NXs as gray was mostly all I have ever seen with the gray seats. I remember when I was shopping for my brand new NX2k in 1992 that they had a lot of odd ball combinations, most 1600s new dealers in my area had did not have t tops while the NX2000s all had them. Never saw or knew that they made slick tops until this forum. All 93 NX2ks had tops.
