Thread: Harness under our seats

What is that plug in harness for under our seats, I can't seem to figure out what it is for but if I had to guess this may have some thing to do with the Airbag system maybe?

Seat belt warning lamp on cluster?

airbag is going to be wrapped in yellow. If not, it's sensors, be it seatbelt, rear 02 or otherwise.

It's the seatbelt.

I second this. Only the driver side has one in my 92 NX2K

I thought it might be for the seat belt warning lamp but I unplugged the harness and the light still goes off on the dash with the seat belts undone. So it's pretty much useless...I just thought it might have had a bigger purpose that's all.

I just remembered that the wire for the Ebrake is there too.
