ga16eats you need to talk to alfsentra and ask him about his ga16 sentra...look up some of hjis vids on youtube...

i think you can use DE 259cc injectors and MAF on the ga or so i thought...if you get a tuned ecu..

16ve with n1 cams and basic boltons will destroy a de with boltons. But yeah even the non n1 motors are expensive.

nah i beg to differ dude, my friend has a complete sr16ve swap including trans, ssac, intake, 2.5" exhaust, light weight flywheel, gspec pulleys an he makes 159whp 115wtq but run the exact same 1/4 times an speed as he did with his jdm de with ONLY a hotshot cai

If you get the window switch, on should be 1.5k and off somewhere around 3.5-4k. Vtc increases torque, the factory ga ecu reactivates the vtc at hgher rpm up top also.

If you are going to mess at all with the ga, get some cams. Delta has some nice profiles on hand.

Btw guys I know the ga will never match the sr, but some people just like messing with different things. I was and kinda bored with my VE and started tinkering with the ga a bit before i dropped in the ve-t.

Sr16 is pretty easy to find. Same as the sr20ve with a smaller stroke and better lift cams. Any external parts for the sr20 fit the sr16.

Pat in all honesty id love to see you do what you've set out to do with the ga16 just becausr it will be fun and of course different from what EVERYONE else does (I'm guilty) which is bolted on de's, det's, ve's, ve-t's, avenirs, gtir's, etc then when you've gotten out of it what you wanted then id like to see you somewhat join the in crowd and do a sr16ve...I say somewhat because even amongst the ve crowd there are far more 20ve swaps than 16ve swaps.

yea. i think im just gunna try to make a bas ass ga16 car. a d series eater lol. and i know the power will never come close to an sr, but im okay with that. at the end of the day, my ga will get me to spc and tampa just the same as if i had a bolted sr lol
