Thread: Need help/Advice on fixing up my b13!!!!

hey guys, im new to the forums so forgive me if put this is the wrong place, but i need urs guys help, i wanna work on fixing up my b13 and i finally got a good paying summer job. first i wanted to fix my interior, like fix my headliner and put spec v seats etc etc but wen i took off my headliner my dad told me tht i needed a new sunroof because mine had alot of play in it, which is why it was leaking and destroyed my headliner, and i know its really expensive to replace it so i was thinking of jus eliminating it but tht throws out the order in wut i wanted to do, cause now if i eliminate the sunroof i have to paint it but i didnt wanna paint the car until i got my stillen lips and my 4fog bumper, wut do u guys suggest i do, my budget is about 2500, the body work and painting shouldnt be too much since im doing it all my self. wut do u guys suggest i do? like wut should i work on first?

Find a used one and get new seals, or figure out how to fix yours if you can.

do u think it might be the seals tho? ima take pictures tommorow, do u know if its its suppose to have any play wen its closed?

explain "play"...if it can move side to side or front to back when it's closed then you have something broken or loose. It shouldn't move at all. I am not totally familiar w b13 ones...are they power or manual?

They are power even thought I have to addsome manual force to mines Lol and b13 sunroof shouldn't have play.

First step delete your forum name and come up with one that does not sound like mine. 26 letters in the F^ck$ng alphabet and you could not come up with something different? For cry sake man, do yourself a favor grab a tv throw it in a bath tub then jump in the tub maan.

^^^ really?? On another note, purchase your sunny bumper or stillen lip. Its one or the other. Get your self some tsurus, unless your keeping stock lights. Pick up a rear window wing if you dig it. Some b14 se-r or se-l wheels. And you got yourself a decent looking car, after you paint it of course
