Anyone know what this controlls?
I was at the south pull-a-part yard today to get yet another alternator, lol. I found an oem reman'd by napa, and it tested good. Hopefully it'll stay that way. I also had to get the headlights off the 93 NX2K, while I was doing that I took a look inside. I noticed this box. I don't remember having one in my 92 NX2K in this location. I did have a little plastic green box near there, which I moved when I swapped it from auto to manual. Actually I believe this car had that little green box as well, I believe I saw it when I got the dash from it. I know that there are two main differences. Mine=92 auto(originally), This one=93 manual. So that being said, would this box have anything to do with cruise control in a manual car? Mine stopped working when I did the tranny swap. I did remove a similar control box at that time, but it was down by where your left foot would sit behind a kick panel, not by the steering column. Any Ideas guys? I'd love to have my cruise control working again for those long trips.

ASCD= accessory system control device part of Cruise Control. Probably the brain for resume, accelerate and cut speed.

According to this diagram it looks like they are all on the drivers side where your left foot would sit behind the kick panel. These pics were from under the dash though.

There are specific ones for specific year ranges, and between manual/auto. So I'd assume I'd need to use a manual unit for mine since I swapped to a manual. What's throwing me off is the location though.

Ok, I just looked at the plugs on my car. They match this one. But for some reason they are in two different locations. This should be exactly what I need.
