this comes up so many times and the answer is always the same: there's no defined list of things you need, and anyone who tries it usually says it's too much time, work, and money for a project that in the end doesn't justify the means.

Shawn B was half-joking and half-serious in his post: it may in fact be easier, cheaper, and better quality to actually import. RHD conversion, especially on cars where there isn't a strong following for it, will be a money pit and time hog.

Try it if you want, but the success ratio is extremely low, and for good reason.

Dash and all the guts behind it, everything mounted to the firewall, pedals, cables, wiring, wipers & linkage, steering rack & column.... Hell, use the money to make it go faster.

Don't forget the rigid brake lines from the MC. Make sure that you can shift left-handed. Some people are so right-handed that having the shifter on the left side could be a problem.
