Yea i was about to say the same thing. last JDM 10:1 i tested was between 175 and 190 psi
But as long as they are all equal i think you could rule out a compression issue.
Given that its only 1 clyinder yoiu can prbabaly rule out cam timing, so is it fues injector/ wiring/ ecu
