Thread: "cracking" noise when turning, advice.

sup guys came up with another problem with my b13. when turning either left or right im hearing a crack crack sounds, its hard to describe but its coming from by the wheels on both side. i change axles and its still there. could it be the strut mounts?

inspect all of your bushings in the front suspension. Recently had something similar on my accord, ended up being the sway bar endlink bushings were literally gone.

i just did the entire energy suspension bushing from front go all the way to the back.

If it sounds like the dash creaking it could be the strut mounts.

Not to thread jack, but mine has a hard CLICK noise when turning right but from the rear. I was thinking it was the sway bar endlink as well. The car also feels like the rear is getting away from me when turning towards the left as well.... Could they be related?

I'm thinking of replacing all the endlinks for the sway bars and even the tie rod ends for good measure. I mean, my NX is no spring chicken. She's got 178k on her.
