Depends on what you want to do with the cars. An SE-L would definitely be a more comfortable daily driver and trip taker while the NX is going to be more sporty and fun to drive. Plus being 6 years younger, the SE-L is going to have less odd ball problems like gaskets failing, oil leaks out of tranny sensors, window motors wearing out, A/C needing recharged/converted, etc. In the long run, the SE-L might actually cost you less in repairs....
