Proving the worth of an SE-R….
Does anyone know how to go about proving the worth of their car after its been totaled? I was in an accident last week, and the insurance company representing the at fault driver has totaled my car and sent me an offer of $800 which I think is inaccurate. Now for the facts:
It’s a 1992 SE-R, 200k miles, never been in accident before, not a single spec of rust, never been repainted, nearly all original except for a header, intake and B14 rims.
Some forum members have seen this car and can attest for its ‘cleanliness’.
Most if not all of us here on this site can estimate an SE-Rs worth, but how do I go about proving it to the insurance company?
Any help would be appreciated.
