Yeah, I don't mind it at all. I think it will shine up nicely with a little buffing. I'll post up some pics after I polish it. Seriously, my buddy and I spent like a week working on it every day, it was terrible. I was so sore from sanding by day 3 I just wanted to give up.

The first time I painted my car I did that method and it sucked plus it looked like crap.. The 2nd time I did it with a spray gun and it still didn't turn out that great. I put almost 20 hours into it counting sanding and everything but paid only 30 or so bucks for materials

yeah you need a compressor i just went to harbor freight and bought a compressor cause i needed one anyways for other stuff, just make sure you use oil/water filter on your compressor cause rusto is oil based paint and if you get any moisture in the lines it will mess up the finish on the paint, you also have to thin the paint out with mineral spirits about 90% paint 10% ratio. It only took 1 quart of paint to paint the civic hatch i had which costs like 7bux at walmart

I tried to paint my first vehicle(truck) with a wagner airless sprayer.
I used Automotive paint, but it had to be thinned out a whole lot to spray.
Also the shine was nonexistent.I sanded for 10's of hours and never got a real good shine.
Whit the labor I spent and the materials,I wished I just did a maaaco or econobake job.
The truck was a beater anyway.

good luck, and post up your results, please
