Alright guys i got it done. ended using the rustoleum truck bed liner, kinda like rhino liner, and rolling it on there haha. it was easy, cheap, and i dont have to worry about rust anymore. the pics make it look a little better than it looks close up but im still happy with it, let me know what you guys think. heres some pics

Btw has anyone used headlight cleaning kits and been happy with the job they do, or is it not worth the money
