rear oil seal retainer

has anyone ever removed this piece? I am suspecting it of leaking and I want to remove it to apply new rtv sealant, but i'm not sure if there are other bolts that need to be removed.
is it just the 4 front bolts and 2 bottom nuts? or are there the 2 bolts on the other side (inside) of the block that need to be removed as well?

you cant remove it without dropping the oil pans. The crank snout and the two studs on the bottom keep it from moving.
