Did you stretch the threads on the axle? Measure or try a replacement.

I tighten mine to 160-165lbs

^ im going to andreas. But i have replace them damn things at least twice on each side already, making me think my hubs are bad.....

also front Wheel Bearing Lock Nut 145-203 ft.lb Rear Wheel Bearing Lock Nut 137-188 ft.lb
i put mine at 180 and got a nice turn out of it....But still have a mini shimmy. So im sure my bearings are toast...

Like I originally said. Replace the bearings. Even if there is a small amount of play in them it will cause the nut to come loose. I had the exact thing happen on my original SE-R and my buddies nx2k.
