Leads might be to loose. Pull them out and bend the thin wire out about 1/8th of an inch and put it back in and see... if not.. pull it back out... do the lead again and turn the bulb around. Usually happens with the cheaper bulbs. Just be sure not to break the lead... doesn't take much pressure.

You can test the bulbs with a aa battery and some wire before putting them in the cluster. I mark both the bulbs and the socket with a marker to make it easier if I have to take the bulbs out for anything. Look at the back of the cluster and u can see which side is the ground and from there they all face the same way.

Your dimmer switch might be causing the issue. Very common problem.

Question if the dimmer switch is unplugged would that cause them to not come on it's only the lights for my gauges my warning lights work ( door,e brake, seatbelt)
