pennzoil synchromesh. can be found at any autozone. i swear by it. and it doesnt have any sulfur that the GL5 brass eater shit has. another sugeestion. fix that motor mount and possibly tighten your clutch cable a bit. ive seen clutch drag fuck up many transmissions when people try to strong arm 2nd gear like that

I adjusted the clutch just fine, about 1 in of freeplay. I used synchromesh last time in my transmission and it seemed like it made 4th gear grind =\
