Will this cause cavitation its on a N1 engine so N1 pump and a underdrive pulley as standard, and does anyone have the measurements of the diameter of the inner and outer crank pulleys and a gspec underdrive pulley

Do you have the belt on the outer crank pulley? That's going to be a bad idea for the water pump. It will spin much too quickly. You have the water pump pulley on backwards?
I would use two belts...
I have seen it done that way on a couple SCCA race cars ... they had to notch the frame to fit the water pump pulley when on backwards .... seems to work ok for them ...
