What transmission oil to use with P11 tranny /w NISMO LSD?

So yeah, I was planning to use Redline Shockproof with it, but someone from our local forums advised against it, saying that the plate type LSD requires a different type of oil.

What do you guys think?

Was told not to use the Shockproof by a NISMO Tech. .. He suggested Redline 75w-90 .... which is what I run now ...

Wow, I have run shockproof heavy for about 8 years, never busted a trans, never stripped a gear.

Believe it or not I ran regular off the shelf tranny fluid in my p11/phantom grip lsd these last three years. Not one problem.

then recently I pulled out a qt and topped it off with heavy shockproof

Been running GM syncromesh for 150k in my B15 LSD 5psd with JGY friction type. Looked great when I cracked it open the other day and always shifts smooth, winter or summer.
