Actually, it looks great. Seen it in person, and thought someone paid $$$$$ for dry carbon pieces, when they told me it was vinyl I about fainted.

I've seen it too. I guess after working with all kinds of cf for years its noticeable to me.

i know, because 3m produces tons of worthless products that i never use everyday while doing autobody at my day job; silly toyota dealer used tons of 3m products, i just wish that 3m would do some research before they put their cutting compounds, polishes, tape, sandpaper, masking plastic, and various other fake products on the market

I did autobody for 4 years. I know about 3m just a bit. I've also worked in carbon fiber/ fiberglass for as many years as well. Built high end catamarans for years.

The Ni Doc just doesn't replicate the cf look well to me.

^^^^^ I've seen it it looks awesome but it also looks fake .. it does look better than real carbon actually. I'd pass it in the interior and on my lap top. the rest would just seem stupid. they should make REAL carbon hoods that look like that.

Don't be stupid about this. There is a big difference between bodywork supplies and fake cf vinyl. I wouldn't care if HKS made it. It would still be retarded
