the feed for the feul rail on a ve is the top or bottom rail?

If you look at the fuel rail the the line with the regulator on the driverside is the return line and the fuel dampener on the pass side is the feed line if you follow that ?

Basicly follow that fuel dampener (pass side )line and thats your feed line !
