It depends where it snapped. You might be able to have it welded back together without removing things. The part has a couple names. It can be called a clutch lever, or clutch lever arm, or similar. Courtesy Nissan calls it the Clutch Lever Withdrawal.
If it has snapped on the shaft it's best you take the transmission out and replace it.

In the future, please try giving a more descriptive title for your thread to help us help you, and help those who search the forum.

That part breaks often on B14s from what we've seen. I think the B13 part is identical in fitment and function but somehow stronger (older, better batch of materials?). A handful of people have just had it re-welded without taking the transmission out.

If you want to replace the part entirely, you'll need to take the transmission out, and you'll need new drift pins (?) to re-attach the TOB fork. I'd call and order from Greg Vogel at Gspec if I were you. He'll know exactly what you need and get you a good price.

Happened to me also. Apparently Nissan re vamped this issue with a newer arm. I think it's the same as the p11 trans. But like Ben said... your going to have to take the trans back out.
