Idk what you mean here. If you have inserts, theres nothing else that can be worn. If your trying to say if you have some soft rubber mounts and some stiff inserts, then yes you can absorb some vibration that way. If you do that leave the sides stock and do the front and rear mounts.

Don't let everyone scare you with installing them either. I really dont think its that hard. The first time I did one it took a little while. Months later when I did my clutch, I swapped out the tranny mount and it took me about 20 minutes from getting the old one out and inserted the new one on my 3rd try. Hardest thing to me is getting everything to line back up in the car to bolt the mount down.

I trim the lip of the insert on 1 side with a razor blade and then I lube it up with antiseize. Then put it in a bench vise and go nice and slow until it pops in. Use a flathead screwdriver to help keep the insert going in even.

the front and rears are really the only ones that need to be hard anywho.

thats where the flex your trying to remove is going.
