SR20?, your Classic is worth at least fair-market-value and then some. Known history, no issues, running like a top. That alone is rare enough in the used car market. Plus she gets the car, and you to fix and maintain it. At least while ya'll are together, that is like a free Bonus Warranty of sorts.
I see no issues with selling it above KBB. She needs a car, and where else is she gonnna find a 3K automobile with all that going for it? What kind of typical busted-peice-of-shit can she buy used for 3K? She apparently also likes your car quite a bit (amazingly smart chick).
If the sale works for both of you, I see no reason to not proceed with selling her your Classic for a "fair price" all things considered.
