It comes with pacakge deal, and these two different adapters are keeping you away from ziptied and make your car look fresh. For example: if you accidently snapped a bolt on your headlight mounting point, we all know there is no way to restore the thread pitch. So that's why provided the adpaters to fix the problem

You can put these adapters anywhere you want.
