B&m short shifter

Wassup I'm wondering how many high hp cars are running short throw shifter and if it could possibly mess up your trans in the long run Because I have one that came in my car and I'm debating on using it with the b15 trans cause I don't want to mess it up

I'm running one and love it...make sure and change out the rear stabalizer busing and the one that bolts to the body under the shifter for full effect too...ps I'm running the P11 tranny to.
