clutch engages again at the floor?
Installed a new clutch kit and now when I push it in between 70-90% in I'm in neutral. When I push it in that last 90% I'm back in gear... WTF! So it works fine and everything but right when it gets to the floor its semi engaged again..

don't have the car up on jackstands doing this do you? sounds like a TOB issue to me, otherwise. Is the cable binding up somewhere or something??

had this problem once it was the spring in the tranny that engages the throw out bearing but lets hope that not it in your case just puttin it out there asa last resort before any teardown starts.

I tried it out before I even put the tires on because I wanted to see if it would work and it would spin. Not fast but it would spin... If I push the pedal all the way in it grinds but if I let out a tad it goes in SUPER smooth.. Smoother than it previously did... I got a timken TOB because I didn't want to use the one that came with it.. When I push it in all the way when its in gear it has the rpms die down because its engaging... The cable is adjusted ALLLLLLLLLLLLLL the way back... I couldn't adjust it more if I wanted :P

Love you boo hahahaha Thanks man! It sucks that I have like 20% of the pedal as free play before it even starts to engage but I guess I'll just adjust the pedal like it says on page 2

I'm going to stick with the thought of it just hitting the clutch. Makes the most sense and I'm sure as shit not dropping that transmission again.. I'll seriously smash that shit in a million pieces of it breaks.. I made sure for a fact that the TOB was on there with the clips so I dunno
