when I went to remove the line on the fuel rail fuel was spraying so I tightened the clamp back down and assumed it had proper pressure...
I was standing outside in the front of the car and when Steven was inside turning the key on he said Yeah I hear the pump priming,, there again I assumed he knew what the hell he was talking about..
the noise he was claiming that he heard turns out that it was his freaking amps turning on (a different story all together with that one) after I changed out the fuel pump and I was sitting in the drivers deat when the key was turned on the pump was priming like it supposed to..
he say's whats that
,,, look he's 17 yrs old and don't know alot about
cars at all... it's probably a good thing I did the actual work because I was originally making him do all of it with me just giving him a and when needed..
we tested the old pump today and it is dead as a door knob,,,
car is running fine now and Steven knows what the fuel pump priming sounds like now.
