Technically, no. Chrome plating is a chemical process done to protect metals, which works on metal only because it must be electrically applied and the chemical bonds won't happen with plastic.
You can simulate the look with paint however. We had a thread about it a long time ago with a video of someone doing it on some motorcycle body parts in a paint booth. I can't find it however.
I know this is out there but you can powdercoat it. If they have the color you need in PC, try it. If its abs, or whatever polymer they use to make oem wheel caps and other parts it will work.
