Hey guys. I have a b13 SE-R.

Wanted to know if the p10 alternator, or the b14 sr20 alternator can be used on my car. I'm going to make a trip to the junkyard and see what I can find.

yes they will wwork , ALL 91- 01 SR20 alternators are interchangable .

the VE alternator is a 90 amp and the 01 sentra SE is 100 amp . Whatever you do dont buy a rebuilt autozone one you will be sorry if you do .

This is true, however the SR UR alternator pulley won't fit on a P10 alternator.

they screwed me over twice within one year. it sucks because autozone is less than a 5min walk from my house but their service sucks. a couple of their employees insisted that there is no such thing as a nissan nx! he kept asking me for a model like sentra se or a maxima. f*ing guy, i had to point it out to him on their computer screen.

Yeah I"m not buying autozone crap anymore. I had three go bad in 07. Was able to get my money back after the 3rd one. I agree most parts store people are super clueless when it comes to cars. It makes shopping very frustrating.

yea autozone sucks donkey balls. I went there to try and order something sr20 specific and the douche behind the counter didn't even ask what motor i had.. he kept looking up parts for the ga16 as i could see the computer screen so i made it a point to tell him not to ASSume.
