My old civic used to see a lot of rear brake use, and it seemed to wear one half of the rotor more than the other. Basically meaning it could slip just a bit off the better portion onto the slimmer portion of my rotor and roll back half a rotation before catching again. Easy way to test this is while driving slow, one click at a time pull your e-brake til it starts rubbing. if it's a constant rub than it's not your issue, if it's on and off you may have some death spots in your rotors.
rear rotor are fine,no warpage,good pads,etc

Hmmm..I have had at least 8-10 B13/B14 over the years.None had this problem.
I am not hard on the brakes before parking it,so I would find it hard to beleive they are hot when I park it.
Its also a few minutes to get through my neighborhood back to the house.Even if I went out and abused them they would be cooled off before I parked.
Thanks for the ideas though, keep em coming.
