I used regular pliers and a flat head screwdriver.
Its a very nice shifter. It firms everything up and highlights how mushy the stock bushing is. Def requires the urethene or cs bracket.
i used like 4 different sets of pliers, that godamn snap ring, but finally got it...i cant believe the differnance between the stock and b&m....
ive also got the es bushing that goes at the end of the shifter rod(behind trans) but could not install it cuz i have es mm inserts and there was no clearance between to mm insert and the es shiftetr insert...i dont have to take off the crossmember to install it do i???
