Did you assemble the engine yourself?
Are you sure that you put the engine back together correctly. Meaning put all the parts back as they were in order and torqued correctly? ie cam caps? By reading I think your issues started as soon as your motor was taken apart.

yes i put it together myself .
took my time doing it aswell .
problem really started with the starter then led the a broken rocker arm . which i have a feeling a broken part of that rocker arm fell into the front cover restricting the timing chain and causing motor the not turn fully .
