Thread: New year's resolutions. SR20 related

To get back into an SE-R for a daily driver.

Get my project daily completely finished and bring it to the convention.

Get the other car off to the chassis and then the body shop.

My sr20 resolution is to Not to sell the se-r eventho im trying to swing two Vacay's this year, Mexico & 2011 Convention!

^^that & to finally register the se-r in CA, been broke, lazy, or both these last two years, haha!

Flush the tranny, radiator, and power steering. Install a new clutch and all the parts that I've been collecting.

My goal is to stop dumping money into my car and get rid of my debt first. These cars is the reason why I am so far behind financially. Maybe even call it quits this year with the modifying game it ain't for everyone. Once I have established a financial backing I may try it again.

Prep the entire car to be willing and able to lay down some se-rious power down the line at some point.

Brake upgrade, finish the suspension, relocate battery, fuel pump, etc...

My last turbo project was a mess since the day I bought it and I would like to spend more time enjoying something that I have built vs. dealing with other people's headaches that they could not maintain or complete themselves.

Mine is collect parts for the 4 door from Japan and maybe collect stuff for a SR24VE plus a 6spd. Still got 3 more years in Japan so it will be a while until i get all this installed

I'm deployed right now, but i get back in March, let me know and i'll see what i can do.
Parts for them are getting real hard to find since nobody mods them anymore.
Every time I take her to the mountains for a stretch they look at it all weird.

200+whp in the VE..get some slicks and tear up the strip!
