Thread: Sounds of the VE vs. DE

Just do this, every time you come to a light and have a guy in cammed muscle pull next to you, just hit an override switch for the cams and show him whats up haha. I did this a few times with my VE when I was NA and it was awesome. You have to do it while the engine is cold with good high oil pressure and it will kick. It's really badass to hear the lope from those things, not even S5s can touch the sound it makes. It may be ricer, but it is badass.

so is that the vvl sound between 27 and 26?

damn i didnt know that about the 00-01 models could generate that power with just 2 mods. you took the words out of my mouth.

What year VE you have in your car and does it differ between the years?? Im doing my VE home work im looking to go that route with my NX soon just need some advice

I think it was around the 50 second mark (from the end) at the hairpin. Probably popped right at the apex or so.
