Reason I ask is because this place:

Golden Eagle HeadStuds and MainStuds HONDA CIVIC SI 1999 - 2000 GEMB16-HSK

Still has them in stock and is a well rated and 'authorized' seller. I'm sending them an e-mail to double check their stock and part #'s.

^Did you actually call the company? Dont go by the website. It seems like I called them a while back and they said no.

I was reading this thread I found on Honda Tech:

Golden Eagle Headstuds discontinued..WTF. - Page 2 - Honda-Tech

Supposedly this company:

A1 Technologies

Was producing the head studs for GE. I have a feeling it's very possible that the ones on Ebay are not GE branded head studs, but actually produced from this A1 company but are the exact same size/specs as the GE ones and is also why the look exactly the same.

This guy still sells the GE headstuds, and he was unaware of the rumor that they had been discontinued. Got mine from him as well...

i don't think it's even worth the effort anymore. the price keeps going up, if it's still like $90 like before I'd get it.

also, we have mazworx as an option and barley $50 more.

How do you know? Did you order studs from him and got the wrong part #?

What was part # on the studs you got? Did you use them in your motor yet?

Why are they listed as main studs? Interchangeable?

Also, Mazworx shipping is $16, so the Mazworx studs are actually $200 shipped which is $80 more...almost twice as expensive.

how do i know the b16 and the b18 studs are different? easy, b18 studs are longer. this is a fact that we have known for a while.

IIRC, I was one of the first if not the first person to use the GE head studs in the SR and that was like 5 years ago. i do not remember the part number anymore.
