Thread: "THE" Seat Thread...

Same idea as the other "THE" threads (tire, suspension, brakes). Let's see your seating/harness upgrades (Recaro, Sparco, Corbeau, MOMO, other Nissans etc) and what it took to make 'em work in your car.

I just have the stock b14 seats in my car, I took the cover and foam off, bent the sides in, re-glued the cracks in the foam, glued felt to the foam where the metal digs in, and then added some more foam for better lumbar support, and put it all back together, my cheap upgrade

Right now I'm researching strong thread so I can take my seat covers apart and replace the stock inserts with another fabric and leave the black sides alone

I like the idea of this thread. I'm wanting to put some type of super light(kirkey) weight seat in my car, but don't know for sure what I want.

I have a Kirkey seat in my B14 track car .. love it , but it wasnt easy to mount , had to weld cross bars in and bolt it directly, only way I could get it low enough so my head would clear the roll bar ..... not adjustable in any way ...

My street car B14 has early B13 SE-R seats , love them , and I have a nice Recaro drivers seat , just have to get a mount for it ...

Sparco Pro2000 in my sentra, didnt take much to get it to work

i got Corbeau seats with corbeau five point harness but only use four on stock sentra rails didnt take much to fit

im still stock which sucks but my plans r too repack my seats with memory foam mattress topper or pillow and the maybe stitch a little dimo guy on there and patent it.....those r my plans... and someone has some nice recaros on a rhd nissan....so tasty
