just because there is no play doesnt mean they arent bad.

I just went through that.

If you remove the axles, and spin the hubs, if they spin without noise and/or a rough feeling they are fine.

I didn't say anything about no play. If there IS play, that's an issue. Read.....

I was stating a fact, not putting words in your mouth(like you're assuming I did as well), or negating what you said. Just continuing from there, saying not to stop if there isnt play in the bearings.

Check the pass. side axle carrier bracket. If it's loose, that's your problem. Seen it a few times personally.
