Had two problems start up today..
First one doesn't seem like a big issue, but is probably related to the second...
#1, At warm idle, if I rev it a bit (even to 1500rpm) and let off, it felt like it hit a dead zone when the idle dropped back down, almost like it missed or something.
#2, between 3k-3500 it felt very hesitant, she climbs right up to 3k in full force, and then feels like its either missing or bogging a bit to 3500, and then slowly returns normal after that up to 5k (highest I had gone today)
It has never shown any of these problems before, and the only thing that I can think of that has changed was adding the MAF adapter plate for my filter, rather than just having the filter shoved in. I checked the MAF and IAT connections, and bother were fine. Filter also was secured well to the adapter, and adapter is on the maf housing nice and tight... don't think that plate could have anything to do with it...
I'm almost thinking TPS, but before I drop a ton of money replacing it, does anyone have any other ideas on what I should check out?
