Thread: Stud size??

Anyone know off-hand what the size is for the exhaust manifold stud? Broke one, and not about to pay $80+ for a set. I can just get one from a local place if I knew the size.

Were you able to remove the broken stud? If so, I'd match it up to a bolt at the local hardware store and use a bolt rather than trying to re-install a stud.

I think its the same one that the ka24de takes.. Don't know the size though

There's a Toyota with a similar stud (longer) that will work that you can usually find at better auto parts stores (the ones that sell parts, not bling).

I thought about putting a bolt in, but even with anti-seiz, I'm not sure how easy it come back out.
