Also don't forget you'd still need to buy management and a fuel pump! That's another 300 or more total at the cheap end!

Plus I'm sure that a/f gauge is one of the sh*tty narrowband ones, so tack on another 150-300 for a good wideband setup.

Looks like a good starter kit. I can mention another $1000 worth of stuff that are missing there.
