I have another problem now... motor won't stay running now for more than like..10-15 seconds, it starts right up, idles for a bit then starts slowing down and slowing down more...then sputters and stalls, no matter how much I push on the gas. It seems like a fuel system issue but what gets me is that you can start it right back up not 2 seconds later and it does the exact same thing.

Is there anything I can do other than to wait until it warms up outside...?

There are a LOT of things that could contribute to that. is your EGR system in tact or clogged? Is your air filter clean (Easily overlooked and it's surprising how much effect it has in winter times)? When was the last time you changed your fuel filter and are you still using your original stock fuel pump? Have you checked your injectors? I'd suggest buying a fuel pressure gauge, it's so easy to install and can help you in times like this with determining how far down the fuel system line your problem is.

Actually, thinking again, turn up the idle screw on your intake a bit and see if that helps.

To be honest I don't know when the last time the fuel filter was changed, I will have to try that. Same with the fuel pump, original as far as i know. And wouldn't part throttle keep it running if it were an idle screw issue? Cold idle it runs at like 1800 rpm..

I'd imagine that holding throttle would keep it running, though I am far from an expert. Cold idle around 1800 sounds if anything high, mine cold idles around 1400. There are much more knowledgeable members on here. Someone chime in here

I still say change your fuel filter if you haven't done it in awhile.

Well it looks like I will be picking up a fuel filter today it did the same shit this morning I had to restart it like 10 times before it would stay running...even with part throttle

I start wondering if there is gunk in your intake, if you cleaned AAC and how the good/ bad the vacuum is. For the rest, I truely wouldn't know.

stop buying cheap gas and buy shell, techron, bp, something that has a fuel additive to it already. no need to add heet to your tank. its a possibility that your gas froze. if its under 1/4 tank and temps are to drop to under 20 degrees, ive seen it happen unless the car is garage kept.
